Once onboard, settle in with a welcome platter and your drink of choice before a quick sail over to Daydream Island for your first dip and a gourmet lunch! Daydream Island, nicknamed the "Jewel of the Whitsundays," is one of the Molle Group's seven islands off the coast of Airlie Beach. Head ashore and take a walk to Lover's Cove, which features the Living Reef, a man-made outdoor aquarium, and Sun Lover's Beach. With over 40 marine fish species and 50 different types of coral, it's no surprise that scuba divers and snorkelers love it here. There's also the choice of going on a walk through the thick jungle to the island's highest point. Keep an eye out for parrots and small sunbirds on the way.
After some time spent exploring, you'll sail to Nara Inlet where you'll spend your first night! Located on Hook Island, this sweet and secluded bay is rich in aboriginal history along with being a stunning place to splash and swim. Its sheltered position makes it a great anchorage and the nearby waterfall and rockpool lend a whole new angle for those who want to plunge into sweet water. Stashed within the hills you can also see the Ngaro Cave Paintings and explore interactive displays that teach you about the local aboriginal people in the area. Go for a tranquil sunset paddle or kayak before a delicious dinner under the stars!
After a delicious breakfast onboard, you'll sail over to Hayman Island, the northernmost of the Whitsundays and near the Great Barrier Reef. The small island is privately owned but open to the public with several amenities including golf, tennis, a kids’ club, and several swimming pools. Additionally, there are countless activities including snorkelling, scuba diving, water skiing, fishing, tube rides, helicopter rides to view the Reef, or just walking around enjoying the scenic beauty. Enjoy all on offer in this slice of paradise.
You'll spend today exploring Hook Island, an almost completely uninhabited island with fjord-like inlets, secluded beaches, and sheltered bays. We recommend spending some time exploring them all, but for something really special, head to Butterfly Bay where you'll see colourful butterflies flitting gracefully along the shore, and majestic manta rays and giant Maori wrasse under the surface. Spend the day kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkelling, and exploring the underwater sighting dolphins, manta rays, turtles, reef fish, and humpback whales between June and September.
Enjoy a leisurely sail to Whitsunday Island, where you'll be enchanted by powdery white beaches, rich marine life, and beautiful coral reefs. Sail past Dumbell Reef and towards narrow Tongue Bay and Hill Inlet, home of some of the finest scenery in the Whitsundays. Spend your afternoon experiencing some of the best diving and snorkelling in the world.
Today you'll sail over to the wonderful Whitehaven Beach, one of the world’s finest beaches. Spend your day strolling or lounging along this peaceful stretch of bright white sand, or snorkel and kayak the clear, warm waters. For incredible views, head to Tongue Point or hike through the national park to experience all on offer at this truly beautiful beach.
After a quick morning dip, you'll be on your way to Hamilton Island, another renowned location in the Whitsundays. For those exploring the Great Barrier Reef, Hamilton Island is a destination in its own right. With a tapestry of blue, pure white sands and waters teeming with whales and bright marine life, it's an idyllic spot for scuba diving, snorkeling, and exploring by sea. As an exclusive and sought-after destination, Hamilton Island is also home to beach clubs, excellent restaurants, and wellness facilities.
Your last night will be spent at Long Island, a secluded island ideal for peace and tranquillity. Surrounded by beaches, bays and reefs, it is perfect for a final day of snorkelling, beachcombing, walking, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Enjoy an incredible sunset and a delicious dinner under the stars.
Your last day begins with a laid-back sail toward Shute Harbour, giving you time to soak in the scenery and say a gentle goodbye to the open water. Over one last brunch prepared by your chef, share a few laughs and stories from the trip. You’ll disembark feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of your next escape.
